How long do Giveaway normally take to send out something?

Hi all,

I'm using Giveaway for the first time, and have finally got enough refs for an iPhone. My account was verified on 19/12 and it says my order should be sent out within 5-10 working days, but it still just says processing.

Does anyone know, roughly how long Giveaway take to send things out?

I think I have been spoilt by Freebie Jeebies and Kudos mega fast service

I think it's probs just cause they had a break over christmas, including the date they verified you. I don't imagine they started orders etc until the 4th when the went back to work. They'll probs have a fair backlog of stuff to get sent out.

I have the same waiting problem with Giveaway too.
This is the first time i have used them and all i am waiting for is a £90 bank trasfer. my account was verified on 23rd December and my account still says processing aswell. I opened a ticket a couple of days ago but it still hasn't been answered so i'm just going to wait and see what happens for now.

I wouldn't be this laid back if i was waiting for something major like an iPhone though lol.

I'm waiting for one too, although I just verified on sunday (or monday?) so but they've not asked for any bank details or anything, so don't see how it'll pass processing til they do that.

I've never had a B/T before, but I'm assuming they need that info?

Have they asked you for it Rob?

If you have chosen the cash option, they will send you a cheque unless you tell them otherwise.

They didn't ask for my details i just sent them the relevant fetails in a Support ticket and asked for a bank transfer.

ive verified for my custom order on the 10/12/08 but am still waiting lol i thought it would of been delivered by christmas, but am still waiting for it. i was told id get a update on delivery yesterday but still not heard, i just hope one of my items will be here by mid jan as its a birthday present
