Questions from 1st timer!!

Heya, I see everyone seems to be doing pretty well out of things like freebiejeebies!!

Thought I'd go and give it ago (hoping it wasn't a big scam!)

I signed up on the 18/11/08 to LOVEFiLM and have pasted my referal link to facebook etc.

Can I have some advice and tips on how the hell you guys get so many refferals SOO quickly?!?!?!?

I'm really keen (obviously) for the free stuff and just want some advice on what to do based on what you've all done!

its a game of test and see.
start with friends and family just dont fall in the trap of signing up same household members.
then read the forums and you will pickup ideas.
nobody is going to give you a surefire way of getting signups but you can adopt known methods.

Does the person you refer have to have completed an offer before i can claim them as a referal? I have one referal that says "status: notcompleted".

Thanks for the advice... although families a nono and most friends think it's probably a scam or can't be bothered!

Also, how long does LOVEFiLM take? And what offers would you recomend doing that don't involve spam or spending!!

Yes, your referrals need to complete just one of the available offers to count as a referral towards your gift. The network receives commission for each offer completed, and uses this money to pay for your gift.

You could always offer to pay your friends any deposit they need to complete an offer (for instance £5 for the Gala or Coral offer). This way, they have nothing to lose even if you can't convince them it's legitimate, and although your gift wouldn't be free it would still be a lot cheaper and you could get a low referral item to start with, which might help you to convince friends that it's not a scam.

The Lovefilm pending status unfortunately lasts 28 days and credits automatically after this time.

Talk about cancelling offers is not really allowed on here dude but in answer to your question, if you were to decide you didn't want to become a full member after the trial -you are free to cancel. This would complete your offer, it would remain pending until the lovefilm report is sent to the freebie network.

However, if you did enjoy the lovefilim service you would simply do nothing and you would automatically become a full member

oo house mate as in same address ??? could this couse ip problems ??

like harvez said u have to be carefull not to fall into the problem of signing up twice with the same address.

no no... he just signed up to lovefilm not via me or any free gift site!

Gifts.Real-Incentives Conga

then sign up and you will get 2 greens for doing one.

That's bollocks lol, I've been waiting well over the 28 day mark, and still not
