Just to make sure; are freepay the only network that you can complete an offer on, without a Credit Card?
And they defiantely allow UK signups on all their site, even though they're based in the US?

I think the answers to both are yes, but I wanted to make sure before I sign up.

I think some sites allow to you to gain extra referrals instead of doing an offer, FJ is 3 extra I think
Freepay do allow Uk sign ups but be prepared to having to wait a while for your gift

yeh, I knew about the 3 extra refs, I just wanted to know because I'm building the U18 part of my site and was wondering if I should sign up to freepay so I can stick my referral link on there...
