What happened to my offer!!!

When i first joined GiveAway i did the Coral Offer and my offer was completed immedietly, now i just checked back now and its gone!! it says Offer Not Completed and Not eligible for free gift, how come it went?!?! i paid £5 for that offer.

No idea buddy, send giveaway a support ticket and attach some screen shots of your account to show proof.
