Which sites have the best offers?

I know most of the sites have very similar things but it would be good to know as i think the difficulty of the offer is a huge factor in wheather people go green. To be honest, Im a little bit dischuffed myself that very few of the offers are free. however, you really cant get something for nothing so I understand that unless there qwas some sort of commitment it wouldnt be worth it for the offer sites.
Anyway, Could some sort of table be made with the offers and what stes there on?
