It's a virtual online credit card, and best of all it's free and it only requires your bank details so you can transfer funds to your virtual account. I just thought that this would come in handy for anyone who does not have a visa card, and want's to complete some offers which only accept visa. https://secure2.entropay.com/process...iatewelcome.do This works exactly like a visa credit card, you simply top up credit from your bank account to this virtual account and then use the virtual card on any website that accepts visa.
