..well, everyone knows its dead good, but that not what im here to ask ...

i just submitted a custom order [Ticket Created: 933**7.]
(i've stared out two numbers incase someone on here can track that sorta thing :P)

does this mean that FJ have dealt with over nine hundred (EDIT: Thousand*) tickets?!!!
That could easily top 1 million im sure!

if so, then good on your FJ
if not, then good on you FJ

anyone can answer :P

I just looked at my old support tickets and there seems to be no set order. Infact, some tickets start with letters (not sure if its hexidecimal). Maybe some numbers refer to whatever site you are enquiring about?

As far as I am aware, ticket IDs are allocated randomly.

I definitely think its random as all of my tickets have a combination of numbers and letters. Its just coincidence that you had no letters in yours!

That sums up freebiejeebies completely, an average of an hour for replies! Its incredible when you think that some networks (not naming names!) take literally months or in fact, never reply to some tickets. Thanks FJ for an excellent service!
