• Whats a good site for hosting? (FREE)
• How to i customize my template? Dreamwaver?

Yeh dreamweaver is good, Nvu is free and also good if you can't get hold of dreamweaver.

2) Use notepad to customize your website like I do

I use X10 Web hosting its free and they are really helpful.
If your having trouble with dreamweaver try NVU its much simpler!
