Does an offer have to be completed all at once?

Hi Guys

I'm pretty new to this, having been on this for less than a week, but currently have 6 greens, so you can imagine my excitement with how close I am to getting a Wii or likewise!

My question is...I have one person who signed up for 'FJ' on Friday, registered for coral on Friday, but spent the deposit on Saturday. For the offer to be completed does it have to be done all at once? Or am I just being an impatient so and so (as my mother would say!) It's just all the other Corals have turned green within a few hours.

Thanks and I hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend!

Chris

no it doesn't have to be done all at once.
as long as he's signed up through fj you'll be fine.

Cheers Salzy, does it normally take longer at weekends to go green?

It shouldnt, as the process is all automatic but the advertiser had a few problems yesterday that resulted in quite large delays although they are up to date now.

If it is not green yet I would suggest that it hasn't tracked and you should get them to raise a support ticket with us

I feel I have to say how awesome customer service is at FJ. email and response within 10 minutes.

Quick Question....has anyone had any experience with Coral when screen shots have been sent to them by FJ for verification. Like time scale etc. I know they say 14 days.

Cheers!

I'm sure they just credit it when you send the proof to them
