Getting a response from Freepay

Hi,

I have had a lot of contact with Freepay recently, and I have found that if you open a new request everytime you want to communicate with them, it seems to get answered a lot quicker.

I know this goes against the idea that you will be put to the end of the queue if you open a new request - but it seemed to work for me.

Sometimes when updating a request I could wait a month with no response, but when I opened a new request and quoted the ref number from the original one, it seems to get answered a lot quicker.

Just thought I'd pass that on

I don't know how other people feel but I don't want replies to my tickets, I want them to send people their gifts

Re: Getting a response from Freepay

Looks like the last time Freepay sent out a batch of stuff was the end of February. Hopefully the next will be before the end of March.

I think pretty's right though. I'm not sure how their support system works, but I've never had a 2nd reply to a ticket, ever.
