hey all

just thought id share with you that my giftcard on freepay is now 16 days overdue after the ESD they are also ignoring my support ticket

Order Received, Estimated Ship Date: 3/1/2008

anyone got any ideas of how i could get it out of them

it was for my mum aswell

my ESD was yesterday on gifts.freepay,

not too worried yet, and hopefully it comes soon,

i hope that freepay get themselves into gear soon because they wil soon be loosing valuable business from us...

I've already stopped using them, when there are so many better sites out there. I was a big fan of freepay because of the ring tone offers, but when you look at the bigger pic, its loads easying using sites like FB or RI. they are top sites, I'm sure freepay are doing there best(ish) but they just take too long to get back to you and the gifts feel like a age to wait for.

I'm still waiting for an Ipod Touch (or amazon vouchers) and verification on 2 accounts... For now I've given up working on the 4th account I've got with them.

im glad that im not the only one. I dont think ill be bothering to finish getting refferals on their sites if they arnt sending gifts out. I vote for the idea of boycotting freepay

aaawww... i hope freepay arent packing up. im a week away from my esd, although from what ive heardso far it looks like i wont be getting my gift. anyway, il be optimistic and hope for the best

Well i have 2 accounts which im waiting for shipment of and there taking ages, About 5 accounts waiting for veryfication which its been the same for 2 months, and no replies for 2 months on there support.

I really want to finish the 12 greens I need on laptops, even if it takes an extra 2-whatever months to get it. I don't want to waste the money and time I have spent getting the first 8.

Maybe I'm too kind, but if it's near to free then I don't mind waiting!
