Hello people...No offer completed&Pending Approval

Hi Everyone,

Im a freebie virgin and have signed up with real incentives, I've been a member for a few weeks now.......

Anyway I have 7 people signed up to real incentives

2 of my referrals have definatly used the link to the LOVEFiLM free offer and signed up to them. They are showing up on my list as a referrals but are saying that “no offer completed” ? It has been like this for about a week or so now……is this normal?

Also another 2 of my referrals have been pending approval on the LOVEFiLM offer........again....is this normal

Sorry.......another question: I successfully got my sister-in-law to sign up, I sent her the link but she didn’t use it, instead she did a search in google for real incentives and signed up from there. Which means that no-one referred her and I don’t get a referral. Is it possible to change this........shes my last referral and i cocked it up......im an idiot.

I have already raised tickets for these but nothing has been done – 9a381c, 411757

Welcome to eXceem

If they completed the offer correctly it should show up as pending within a few hours. As for the pendings they should go "green" within 14 days unless they are reversed which means they havnt done the offer correctly.

RI are very good at replying to tickets and it should be answered soon!

I reckon u've lost your sister in law as a referral i'm afraid. similar thing hppened to me but my friend wvwn swear blind he signed up via my link but nothing was done about it. This was with GA tho, RI might be more forgiving I don't know- not joined any of their sites.

if they didnt use your link to sign up there is no way they will be allowed to be your referral . as said above the pendings can take 14 days to change , the others who have said they have done an offer need to put in there own support ticket to get it sorted out

OK it looks like i've lost my sis in law in this one......

It looks as though my other referal must have not selected the link properly and thats why it isnt showing as pending. Would it be possible for that person to do another offer ? Even the other LOVEFiLM offer ?

yes they can do another offer- coral/gala bingo is a good one if they haven't done it already. it's only a fiver and if u do it right goes green super quick. you might want to wqit a little bit longer in case it does change to pending.

I spoke to ash- the RI owner- and he told me that if your referrals have signed up, and they do not turn to pending- do not worry- in around 14 days they should go from- "offer not completed" straight to "offer completed."

This is the case with 2 of my referrals- so we are in the same boat.

Thanks for your help mate......ive signed her up to the gala bingo website instead and its gone straight to green.

So thats my first greenie of the Wii campaign.....may there be many more (7 in fact)
