Copying Adverts!

Are there any rules regarding copying adverts. I'm not gonna go into any detail but some **** copied my words... word for word!

I know a similar thing happened to I think it was Mickandgail on Amazon and it's really annoying... what a lazy ****! Least they could do is change 1 word!

Does glen0879 ring a bell with anyone???

The fact that there's really nothing you can do about is the most annoying part!

Well I guess you could claim copyright on the wording, but somehow if you were to contact ebay and ask them to remove the offending adverts they may well remove yours to.

I guess your only option is to report the offending adverts to the free gift network concerned, if you want to do something about it

You've got the copyright sign on the foot of your site, so if they've just lifted info from your site word for word then you should contact them and ask them to remove the copied content.

That's true but can I just point out if this happens to anyone else you don't actually need the copyright symbol for there to be copyright. It will arise automatically if you satisfied the requirements for copyright to subsist.
