Website Advertising

Hey I only signed up yesterday to exceem but i've been checking out the posts for a number opf days now. Basically I've signed up to a fair few freebie networks and have a few yellows but have no greens. Anyway I created a site (futureproof.tk) and am just wondering how best to get the word out about it so i can get more yellows consequently increasing the chances of getting the required greens.

Thanks

Re: Website Advertising

When you click on the link you mentioned above, it doesn't actually say anything, just produces a banner at the top!

It works fine for me. =/

As for advertising your website, try Google AdWords.

Re: Website Advertising

looks good.

one thing i would say though, is make sure your referral rates are correct, you show an HDTV from only 9 referrals which links to freebie jeebies, the lowest TV on there is 13 referrals.

People may be put off if you say something which then turns out to not be true, it may start them thinking you are trying to scam them.

just a thought!

otherwise, great site!

Jono

Re: Website Advertising

thanks for pointing that out Jono310 It should link to HDTV.giveaway becuase they have a 17" for 9 referrals.

As for advertising I've decided to use the business card method which sounds like a good idea. Only thing is I need to rename the site because I don't like the .tk extention because of the banner at the top of the site so I need a .co.uk domain. Any ideas for good names? I was thinking GiveawayBay...

Yeh giveawaybay sounds cool, and I agree with you about the banner at the top of .tk pages, you should use .co.nr, they sound a little better and don't stick stupid banners at the top of your website.

I use Domain name registration from 123-reg which is only like £6 for two years for a .co.uk. They are great too lol
