I believe it's because many of the offers available for completion on our sites are UK only offers, so cannot be completed by people outside the UK. If this is not correct, I'm quite happy for someone to put me right and we will have a rethink.

Many of the offers are available to the Isle of Man also. Just finding out which sites are and aren't in Ts & Cs and by sending a few e-mails etc, I'll let you know how it turns out and maybe I can change your mind...
