   | Two faced memberWell, this is my 4000th post so I thought I'd make it something a bit different from the usual so here goes. I think this might cause an arguement or two but to be honest I don't think I could sit here and NOt say anything. Ok, unlike some other people I could mention, I won't name and shame this person but I dont think it will take a genius to know who I'm talking about. This person recently started a thread naming and shaming people for using that favourite auction site that we're not supposed to talk about so I wont say it's called ebay  lol. I do a search today and I find this same member actively trying to get referals by using this same auction site. He badmouth people for using this site and their methods but from what I see, his method is no different to other ones listed for other items.It was pointed out to him at the time that using this method was at the persons own risk and they faced having their ebay account suspended but it wasnt against exceems rules but I find it incredibly two faced for this member to now be doing the same. Ok, they will probably say "if you cant beat them join them" or that what they are doing is different but two faced is what I call it. This member had a go at people who defended the right NOT to be named and shamed and said the reason people were saying this was because they also used the same method. I'm not denying I do/did but I dont go around badmouthing others for using a method then try it myself. Also, purely by accident I found on exceem a post by this person not long after I had started who admitted grassing me up to that site and mocking me because I had "only" received 3 item. I never saw that post until yesterday but who's laughing now?

| Re: Two faced memberexcellent 4,000th post m8 I know the person and totaly agree with you. it's been my gut feeling all along the guy is A. not to be trusted B. two faced C. $hit stirrer. I could go on but id rather leave some comments for others lol.

I have to be honest i dont have very much of an idea as to who this person is, though there cant be many members still active since before November 2005!! incidentally i did a little search and found your 'introduce yourself' thread.....somebody tried to post their ref link didnt they! tut tut! I find it difficult to believe that an exceem member would do something like this. I know who it is and wouldn't want to name name's directly either but it is a crummy and h0rrible, thing 2 do and i hoped they feel ashamed. I wonder if they will have the balls to post here and justify themselves. Did you report them to said site, or are you taking the moral high ground?  Besides, i'd be surprised if they got any greens using this method now. I think it is a waste of time and money and because of the new procedures in place could potentially cause you a load of hassle. |

His ads are totally different from the other ones but the principle is the same i.e. place an ad and mislead people into signing up through his link. As I've said before, I have no problem with anyone using this method, within reason unless it actually hurts someone. My problem is with someone who slags people off for using the site and then does it himself (probably a research program  )Am not reporting anyone to any site because as I said, I have no problem with whatever anyones methods are to get greens and freebies, as long as it doesnt hurt me, my friends or the freebie sites.

25 yellows an 0 green would suggest your "test" may have it's an answer. Your post doesnt mention grassing me up, correct. However you did message me on ebay to tell me the fact that you had grassed me up, or do you deny that? Whether you believe me or not I didnt see that post at the time, or I would have replied to it. All I have seen from your posts recently seems to be negative comments so I think I'm entitled to have one too and point out that I think it's not really on to name and shame, and threaten to name and shame people when infact you are doing similar, test or otherwise. That's the bottom line really.
