This may sound stupid, but how do you make a website from scratch? Do you need to know all of those HTML codes and stuff like that?

When people want to make a webiste they generally skecth out how they want it to look. Then build the graphics, frames and css/css rules and finally site content. You will need to know the basic understanding of html or css to make a website from scratch, however there are free or paid templates in which all you need to do is edit the content.

The thing with Adwords campaings is not to rush in to it do your keyword research as it can be a costly if you don't now what you are doing if you are a newbie i would stick to free methods of traffic, forum posting , blog commenting, article submissions ect at least you can get your feet wet with that and i won't cost you nothing and it is good starting point for seo.

I would advise asking permission for the images to the right, better to be safe than sorry.

The As Seen, Worldwide, they were made by members on here and they like people to ask them before using it. I have seen others use it without permission.

And also using a DOT.TK domain is against the terms and conditions as it masks the FJ website URL.

I think if you make sure it opens as a _blank then it should fix it.

I think Ive changed it from a .tk to a .co.cc website... but is says it can take up to 48 hours to take affect.
