cancelling fasthosts

Hey guys! I need your help :P

uhm I've registed for fasthosts as one of the offers on 360giveaway.co.uk hoping to actually use it for my website.. but I have to admit that it's absolutely sh*t and I now wish to cancel my account/subscription.

Does anybody know how to ? Because I'm well stuck.. any help will be much appreciated
