Add exceem to google homepage

Hi - I just added exceem topics to my google homepage - neat!

Does anyone know how this works and how myself as a webmaster can do this for my site so my visitors can do the same?

I used www.feedburner.com since it does provide some easier to read stats that saves me digging through the logs
