First i've heard of him but his debut EP out of nowhere is top of the iTunes album chart. Have only got listening to him and he's really good.

I hate this Ed Sheeran guy. He can't sing for **** and his lyrics suck. Just cos he uses a looper to write some of his tracks. Nonsense.

i think its good.
yeh, not the best and i wouldn't buy it be worth listening to on youtube i guess. looping isn't particularly new or exciting, but still he pulls it off well.

Wouldn't buy it because its completely not my music style!
I suppose you have to give him credit for getting somewhere with it, but will be be one of those artists that fades away after a couple of songs, like many.

I doubt he'll fade away... he's just signed a record deal with Atlantic Records. He's also been working with people like Devlin and Example. Is not really my type of music either but the kid can sing and some of his stuff is really good!

mmm... i suppose he has a fair chance. Some of his songs are a little quirky and weird, and i dont like the acoustic stuff! But hey, who am i to judge. Im not him up there with a record deal, its just down to my taste and not liking his style. Good for him!!

Is it me or take for instance the UK charts. Its a little bland and boring at the moment, nothing new and catchy?!

Yea the UK chart has been awful for a long time, stuff from people like Rihanna, JLS, Tinie Tempah, Cheryl Cole etc... has ruined it. I usually turn to NME for some decent music but it's been going downhill for years too since they sold out to the mainstream stuff!

I just started listening to this guy recently and he's just awesome. He sounds better live than in his songs which is weird because its usually the other way around!

To say he can't sing for **** is a bit harsh considering the amount of crap in the charts these days, he's a great singer.

I saw him live at shakedown festival and i thout he was crap live!! I like his songs but live he was shocking (on that day anyway)

I saw a clip of him singing The A Team live at glasto (in the garden, not on any of the stages) and thought he was great.
