I just wondered because it might not be worth getting FF XIII if FF XIV is coming out straight away after.

Ah well I guess there exploiting me but il probbably have to get both!

lol, actually no i never really got to play FF VII properly! I think i was too young...

i did try to play FF VII through a few years ago but i think because of the graphics you need to have played it when it was actually released for it to be remembered as epic, kind of like Zelda Ocarina of Time

Where is the cheapest place you've managed to find FFXIII? I was keeping an eye on amazon but the price on there has shot up.

There's been alot of talk about the changes to this game, especially the battle system. It is different but most reviews i'd read up until now, despite the worry say it works.

I'm now a good 5 hours into the game and to be honest at the start I was a bit worried I wasn't going to like it but once you get into the game a bit more the battle system is so much better as there are new features. Really like it now. Is a great game so far, and Vanille is definately the best character in the game... i'm sure you will agree once you hear "Yea Us" for the first time!

Just got it courtesy of FJ as my first ever custom order ever! Got a lot of motivation now to get my website up!

As for the game itself, it is amazing so far! Cutscenes are gorgeous, and the battle system seems very fluid. The only thing is, that being an hour or so into the game, the battles get boring after a while. But I read in reviews that after 6 or 7 hours it gets "fun" so I am waiting for that part eagerly. OK, BACK TO FFXIII!!!

Yep when you get 4/5 hours into the game you get new features for the battle system that make it really interesting and it gets really good!
