there is a slight delay between you on the tv and the pc monitor, you cant play off the pc, you still need to play off the tv

yeah i noticed that and i was playing off the tv... but if i looked left even on the TV it would take a second or 2 to move

Hopefully thats just a problem with using the RGB and it will go away once my component cable turns up

yeah, i havent had that problem at all, are all the cables plugged into the right holes

Look at Y-splitters, allows you to split the signal from your console so you can play live on TV whilst recording.

Not exactly sure how your capture card works, as mine has a live output on the back of it which goes straight to the TV to solve this problem without needing splitters.

i got the same one as joe (hauppauge hd pvr) it all seems fine and i can play it off the TV but in awful quality lol

Im not too bothered about it at the moment but if it still sucks when i play through the component cable in rather than composite in (which its on now) I will try and get it sorted

I only put it in yesterday with composite to have a play around at recording and wont use it again till my component cable arrives (also found i only had 230MB of disk space left

)

modern warfare 2 only plays in 720p so having the component cable in is no different to an hdmi when playing it

Yeah I know.. But when th controls were funny it was when I was recording from composite cable...

Looking good, it seems you've sorted out the problem with the black border too. I subbed after the first video, and didn't realise the latest one was yours, it's at a similar level to many of the MW2 video makers who have like 5k subs.
