Paranormal Activity (2007)

Anyone else seen this yet? I seen it last night and is one of the scariest films I have seen in a while. If you're easily scared don't watch it by yourself in the dark.

Was a really good film, definately a must watch over halloween!

Yea I heard there were alternative endings, have only seen the one but would be cool to see the other ones. Which ending did you see?

My friend was talking about this on the bus this morning... not meaning to act 'hard', but films really scare me that much, so will watch this and see what happens

You seen REC? That made me jump like a bitch! lol

You could be missing something there, but don't be afraid, it's not that bad!

I'm usually the same, but it is a bit freaky in an empty house in pitch black

Haha yeah, I did miss something out!

I guess I'm on a mission for something to really scare me. Games seem to scare me a lot more!

Yea I can't remember the last 'scary' film I watched, was prehaps the orphanage... but I had to watch it alone whilst in the dark for it to be scary at all.

Films like Halloween, Saw, Texas Chainsaw Massacre just aren't scary. There are very few that actually are... I would put this down as one that is properly scary, you should definately give it a watch!

Doesn't it hold some sort of record for profit? Or am I thinking of another film...

yeh it did very well seeing as was only 9k budget. was also only suppose to be shown in select cinemas in usa i think. but after the big interest and signed petition. they are releasing it worldwide i think.. dont quote me on that though.

oh and there is apparently 2-3 alternate endings

Yea you can get a hold of 2 of them on the internet, have only seen the original one though. The 3rd ending was only shown once at a festival so only a hand full of people have seen it. Hopefully when it's released on DVD they will have all the endings as extras!
