when you are logged in - on the left hand side click transfers then select who you want out by clicking the little yellow triangle next to them and then select who you want in from the players on the right hand side then confirm at the bottom

better week this week, moved up a few places although I'm still a long way off the top!!

recently i had a rant because i got rid of defoe because he was meant to be injured but then he scored twice - well it turns out i didn't actually sub him off, he was playing lol so i got those points and he scored twice again yday so fairly pleased with that

although terry who was playing for me got sent off and vidic who was on the bench got sent off too!!!!

I've had a great week on my game with Adebayor, Lampard and Defoe amongst the points. Haven't checked but I may be top!

I got -1 for John Terry, the 1st time I've ever had negative points for a player in any fantasy football.

Anyone know if the points get altered if Chelsea are successful with the appeal over his red card?

I'm a member of another private league but would be interested to see how everyone is doing in this.

I think someone would have to post the the table for you to be able to see it which is annoying because I could have sworn I joined the league but apparently not.

ffs!!!!! Bendtner never plays so for this week i put him on the bench and just my luck that wenger decides to rest van persie and play bendtner and to top it off he scored a goal as well!!!!!

I'd barely any players playing today... although had Adebayor as my captain who played today... he should have scored atleast once. Have a few playing in the big match tommorrow!

Can't believe how badly I did again, even after using my wild card for transfers!! (Doesn't help when you have the wrong goalie playing!!! )

Yea I hate it when your sub goalie does better than the one you play, don't think it's happened me yet but that's probably because my keeper is Cech and my sub is Green lol. I got a few transfers to make to shape up my team, still trying to leave my wildcard til I'm desperately needing it.

I had van der sar on the bench I meant to have him playing but must have cocked the transfers up when I was using my wild card!! Got a mountain to climb already and there have only been a few bloody games!!!!!!!

Uch sure there's still over 30 gameweeks I wouldn't worry about it now. Just did my transfers, I hate doing it early in the week but wanted to get it done while I had the time. Seriously hope no-one gets injured midweek!
