When I saw them Izzy turned up also. It was pretty jaw dropping, they put on a great show when they finally came on stage.

They're not Guns N Roses anymore, Don't you mean Axl Rose + Backing Band?

for that fact alone, Iron Maiden win! Triple harmonised guitar solos will always win me over.

1. Have you seen GnR or Maiden live?
2. If GnR are no longer GnR then Maiden cannot be Maiden as their orignal line up did not include any of the current lineup, apart from Steve Harris.
3. Maiden originally had 2 guitarists in their line up so 'proper' Maiden is 2 guitarists.

by my 'Axl Rose + Backing Band' comment, i was simply pointing out that besides their songs, GnR were known most for the likes of Slash and Duffy etc, where as Maiden were known for being Maiden, if you get me?

However, i have seen Maiden live, but i wouldn't want to see GnR, i was only a fan of a few songs.

Trust me GnR put on a much better show. Not saying that make them better, just that even though they are not the original GnR they can still through a gig.

yeah I've heard they put on a good show, but they just dont interest me live, what with Axl changing his clothes between every song (or so my mates told me from Download '06).

Where as maiden blow me away with their stage sets alone, before the music even starts.

Maiden had a good stage set and props, but GnR did also. Even though GnR did not have props their set was still amazing because of the huge screens behind them and the pyrotechnics.
