Help Please!

Hey all,

Today at work is pretty awesome... we get to watch the footie with beers then going to the Bath Races!

I've never been to the races... so need some help!

What does the following all mean:

Win, EachWay, Lay and Nap?

Any ideas or tips I should know before going?
(Other than the obvious "don't spend more than you can afford")

Really want to be a bit knowledgable before I go so ALL the help, advice and tips you can give the better!

win - just what it says you win

Eachway - means you like it each way

Lay - to get laid or be laid

Nap - after you get laid you have a Nap

Won 50% of the races (8 of them I think) and was up until the last race... then the whole company bet on the last horse "Ciryl the Squirel" ... at 7:1! We all lost

Only lost £15 for the night... also got a burger and all the drinks were on the company! So was pretty good cheap night really!
