A new leaf for freepay?

Freepay must have been going through a rough patch for a few months, but anyone notice resently they really really have picked up, obviously everyone who has done a site with them has now gone STV which is great news! but the speed in which they are responding to support tickets has improved to, its usually by the next day your question has been answered. I actually think this is a new begining for freepay. This is my experience with freepay

joined not knowing of exceem/ any freebie community

never thought any other freebie websites excisted! so i signed up and did my offer for about 3 days i couldnt work out a great way of getting yellows never mind greens, thats when a discovered exceem

anyway i then worked out a teqnique i got hundreds of yellows and a nice amount of greens and befor i new it i had the correct amount

This is where freepays service thats getting better comes in, think of it as proof

day one 1. sent off approval form

day 4. approved and ordered

week 2. STV

anyone think tahts a massive improvment on what they where like before lol

I'm still processing so not everyone has gone STV. I admit things seem to be improving slowly but I'll reserve judgement until people actually start to receive their stuff. Def looking better though.

Freepay need to do alot to reclaim there name now, you cannot just go from a v good company to v bad in a short space of time and people just think it does not matter it was a mistake, if you order something from amazon you do not want to be waiting months for it unless it sold out etc, so i am still keeping clear of freepay for a good while yet.

Re: A new leaf for freepay?

well they didnt used to order from amazon kello, they used to send out their gifts from a central warehouse or something, where they have already brought the goods in bulk.

but yes, unless getting greens is really easy for you, its best to save them for networks who are producing goods more regularly

I am not talking about amazon ordering, i am saying that if you order a gift from amazon you do not wait 4 months in processing for it, i understand freepay had delays but they never tolled me anything about any type of delays when i ordered, i was tolled 2 to 4 weeks for processing and nothing else.
