| The iPod Linux folks keep amazing us with how much flexibility they are continually wringing out of the iPod. One of the most recent gemstones is the iPod Linux Video Player. True enough, now an iPod running Linux can playback uncompressed (for now) AVI encoded video on its built-in LCD. The info site provides much more information along with downloadable videos of an iPod playing AVIs, for those not looking to actually install Linux on their iPod, as well as some sample, uncompressed AVIs to play on your Linux-equipped iPod. Most impressive! |
