Re: Will Freepay Recover?

I think the new rules came in on the 1st March. I was approved towards the end of February and put my order in, but then I changed address so I had to cancel my order and place a new one with my new address.

Customer service told me I would not need to submit a form as I was already approved. Also, there is no option for me to download an approval form.

We expect that our British Customers will receive their products by the end of May or beginning of June. If you have already fulfilled the requirements, we ask you not to worry about your account expiring. We apologize for this extended delay. Thank you.

We do not have a definite date as to when the iPods will be delivered. Please remain patient as we are working towards getting those orders delivered as soon as possible. Sincerely, The FreePay Customer Service Team

Mrbean, by a support ticket do you mean going through the help system via customer service as above??

Yikes, almost 3 months for a process which they say typically takes 7-10 business days? Guess there is no hope for me then - only placed my order on 31 May...
