What the hell is going on?

I completed easycinema about 2 months ago for freepay - it might have even been longer. Anyway, been posting support ticket after support ticket with all the details. Now I come online to check the latest 2 that I have sent and find them both closed with no reply and no credit. What the hell is going on? Freepay are shambolic.....if I saw a man with a freepay t-shirt in the high street I think I would try to kill him in the most brutal fashion possible. DEATH TO FREEPAY!!!!

I got credit from them eventually, just submitted all the details and waited. Took a long time though.

I probably did the offer about 2 months ago too, waited 3 weeks and submitted a ticket to which they replied saying that it can take a long time to get credit, especially credit card offers (ive never seen a credit card offer!) Anyway i basically gave up hoping for it to be credited and my time ran out...10 days after expiration i get a email saying i had been credited for the easy dvd rental and my account was automatically reinstated. I then sent my form off, good luck!!

i gave up hope of getting credit for an easy cinema on freepay giftcards , i had done it as part of a swap and the person i swapped with went on hold on the account he had done with me so i never bothered chasing up credit cus decided not to complete the site ... anyway...... i did the offer on april 16th and he mailed me to say i had gone green yesterday - wtf??? 2 months????
gives me 30 days to complete the site if i am gonna do it?

Dont give up hope, like i said previously i waited about 2 months gave up hope...send a support ticket to which they said it can take a long time (thats helpful....NOT). Anyway i had all referals but decided to leave it and my time ran out, 2 weeks after the time running out i get a email saying i had been credited.

I then filled out the form and posted it normal 70p mail to america and exactly a week later (may have been earlier if i had checked) i was approved and i ordered and am now processing!!

Ok...i know theres a 52 year wait ahead, but that approval was pretty dam quick!!

i might try it but what r the chances of getting all the refs to go green within 30 days!!! - slim i think especially as i have not got any refs yet !!! lol

Yes but they do extend the time limit pretty much for anyone and your account gets automatically extended whenever there is some activity - for example offer crediting...
