  | Customer Service ResponseHey - how long should it usually take for a customer services response? I have had one outstanding for 7 days now, no reply. Logged another one about 2 days ago and still nothing. My form has said "delivered" on USPS tracking but my status screen is stuck on the download form page |

| Re: Customer Service Responsespikedpeak, my form said delivered on the 1st of May, but I was not approved until the 26th.. so it make take a while.. if I remember right on the top of my head it says it can take up to 4 weeks before they have processed your account.. Cheers Tom |

| Re: Customer Service ResponseThere will be a approving page.. when they have gone through all the forms, find yours somewhere in the middle (if your lucky and it aint in the bottom!  ) then verify all your greens and then they will approve your account and you can order your xBox360... but as I said.. can take up to 4 weeks..Cheers Tom |

| Re: Customer Service ResponseSorry to hijack this thread, but I have just ordered my digital camera today, and was wondering if anyone knows how long I can expect it to take from here? I'm going on a trip to Amsterdam in 2 weeks so hope to have the camera by then - that's probably not realistic though...? |
