30/5/2006 Getting Close For us all !

Does anyone believe that they are going to recieve all there greens before this date. I think that freepay are not crediting the greens as fast as they should due to when this date is over they know loads of people are going to loose all the hard work they put in over all this time.

Ive had 2 people i know that have completed the offers and have not been credited.

Looking in there t&c it states

ii. Refer at least 10 unique people who signup for new accounts, each must complete at least one offer within 90 days of referrer's new account signup date and receive credit for it within that same timeframe. A 30-day grace period may be extended for certain offers that require a longer duration to issue a credit.

So say after the 30/05/2006 the credit has not been received, will freepay allow a 30 day grace period for the account ?

Sorry if I've missed something but whats happening on the 30/5/2006. As far as I know my 90 days doesn't expire until end of June but have they made some announcement about the 30/5/2006?

All people who had already signed up to a freepay site before the new rules were brought in were all given the 30th May as a date to have completed everything by, and sent off the form!

Im in a £30 trade with someone for a green i know they did the offer and i havnt been creditted yet! If he doesnt go green soon freepay are just blatently fiddling it!

Vague memory that when the news first came out they said they would be crediting within 24 hours or instant or something like that to make up for it - not noticed that one happen !!

i was about to trade with someone as well but there only going to take out the same gala bingo offer that i personally know someone has done. I think freepay are saving them selfs a load of cash by slowing down there turnover on greens!!

I asked for an extension of 30 days - I'll post back what they say.

I've asked for that as well- not got response yet! Been waiting for nearly a month for them to credit my offer and two greens that they said was down to a glitch in my account so that in theory I should have 10! Been bombarding them with support tickets for the past few days as the stupid people are too ...... (insert own word here) to read what's in front of their own eyes, and are asking me for the same information twice!

Was also politely replied to by their support today who said I should now be able to download the form on the site, only I can't because they haven't credited my offer!

how are you contacting them ? thought fax or mail ?

Through support tickets, the faxes I was sending weren't getting through to them!

Yeah i had problems getting a fax to them as well, and eventually was told to send a support ticket to them in the normal way.

I've just been sending them through as if it was a referral query, then when it says something like 'my query relates to referrals but is not answered here', click on that, and it brings up a support ticket option!

I've managed to finish digitalcameras.freepay by trading here and sent my approval form earlier this month. I've totally given up on giftcards.freepay though, I only had one green so would have had to do some serious trading!

I've got all my greens, just waiting for my offer to be credited, and the silly sods aren't replying to my support ticket properly, just sending automated replies with the information I need to send them which I've already sent!

Trying to negotiate with them now- not gonna say how though in case it works, and people cotton on to it- sorry people! just so frustrating when there's nothing I can do!
