Track Your Form

Hey Guys,

Just found out that if you go to www.usps.com there is a tracking section where it will tell you if your form has been delivered.

If you have sent it recorded then you should have a reference number.

Put this in and it will tell whether it has been delivered or not.

crapcrapcrap!!!

says my form couldnt be delivered so they left a note.... on the 17th!!!! doesnt look to have been collected as of yet

i did however send one form that wasnt recorded, hoping that one has gotten through, really not sure wether to send another form??

what should i do?!!

yay!! If this is right maybe I will hear from them soon.. but probably not until the 30 days passed though..

think im going to print it off again and send it recorded again!

maybe my non recorded letter got through, but i think its best to be safe then sorry, and now there is actually a tracking system i can see if its reached the destination

Yup looks like the 17th was a bad day!

Well - i have just emailed the US postal service - as it says the letter can be redelivered so i have asked them to do that! I will let you know their response- otherwise i think i will send recorded again too... another £4!

I never sent one by 'non recorded' but Ii still have until 29th June to send the letter so no need to panic just yet

Its an online form on the website - go to contact us at the bottom, then fill in the options etc...

If they left a notice at the box in the post office it will get picked up, someone guy will pick em up and deliver them to the freepay HQ hopefully.

Although its now been about 2 weeks since they attempted the delivery and its not been updated on the tracking thing.....

I chose the option track and trace or something - then a general question... i just asked if they will redeliver and can they tell me the status blah blah

There is no record of this item.

But i can track it by royal mail :S, help!

The recipient can schedule a redelivery by the following methods using the
information provided on the peach-colored Delivery Notice that was left in your
mail receptacle. The redelivery request may be submitted in any one of the
following ways:
- By submitting the request via the website, using the following link:
https://dunsapp.usps.gov/Redelivery.jsp
- By calling us toll free at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)
- Or you may simply visit the Post Office that is listed on the back of the
Delivery Notice to pick up your item. To claim the item at the Post Office, you

I may email freepay and ask them if they will schedule a redelivery etc.. what do you think - good idea?

Ive asked the US postal service how long they hold an item for before resending - will let you know.
