Re: Track Your Form

I have sent my form on the 25.01.07 by recorded mail and I have a tracking number. It says on postoffice.co.uk:

"Your item, posted on 25/01/07 with reference ************* has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA."

There is still no record of it on usps.com after 11 days:

"Label/Receipt Number: *************

There is no record of this item."

The worst part is my account expired on ipods.freepay on 02.02.07 so it's now been expired for 3 days. Can anyone with some experience tell me how long theirs took to show up on usps.com and if it was after the account had expired did freepay reactivate it?

Re: Track Your Form

Sorry to hear that.

Well that worries me as you posted yours after me and had it (attempted) delivered a few days ago.

edit: ps, you might want to remove your tracking number.

Re: Track Your Form

I'm on the verge of contact the BBB. They have had my approval form since 8th December and my status says the account will expire on 6th February.

So frustrating.

I think I'm gonna fax my form to a relative in the US and get them to post it. It seems RoyalMail lose quite a few international letters...

Re: Track Your Form

OK guys good news. It looks like they are also offering extensions to the time period for sending off the form. I sent them an ticket simply saying I posted the form a week before the deadline and that my status has not changed and my account has expired. I didn't specifically mention that I sent the form tracked and it isn't showing up on usps.com but they have given me an extension anyway.

This was my response;

"Thanks for contacting FreePay Customer Service. We have reviewed your account and will extend your deadline another 30 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Sincerely, The FreePay Customer Service Team For exciting FreePay news and tips please visit our blog at: http://freepaynews.blogspot.com/ "

The thing is, my deadline has increased for completing the referrals to next month so I have 30 days to get extra refs even though I have 4 extra:

"You have until 8/3/2007 to complete the
full requirements, including all credits for
your referrals."

So my deadline for sending the approval form is now 7th April:

"Your form must be mailed (according to the postmark) by 7/4/2007. We recommend that you use tracked mail."

(May I also point out that I joined ipods.freepay before the whole 90 day deadline thing was introduced last year! That's a pretty huge extension!)
