i would say its a good idea, i might email freepay myself and tell them that i have a tracked letter that say it is waiting to be redilvered and they have to arrange it, who knows it might actually be a case that it has been redilivered but it just hasnt registered on the usps system.

I may email freepay and ask them if they will schedule a redelivery etc.. what do you think - good idea?

Ive asked the US postal service how long they hold an item for before resending - will let you know.

Well with the 360 i got from GA i was not in, they left me a card saying that they would redelivery it the next day, if i was not in again then i would have to pick it up from the depo within 20+ days or they send it back, not sure about letters really, might be the same.

does anyone belong to any other forums where you can actually speak to a freepay admin? they really need to start giving some answers!

Did you guys used Recorded Delivery, or AirSure delivery? The guy at the post-office seemed to think that recorded delivery isn't as well track-able in the US as AirSure. Cost £4.70, and there's 'electronic confirmation of delivery' rather than a signature. Anyone have any experience with this AirSure business?

go for recorded - cost 4 quid and you can track on the www.usps.com website. seems to work fine!

I've already sent it by AirSure this morning! I'm guessing it'll be fine, it couldn't have been 70p more expensive for nothing! Might send one by normal post as well in the next couple of days.

mine was delivered and recieved (says so on my status page) without too much hassle - they seem to have sorted that end of the process out, its the processing that is taking all year

How do you know if your form has arrived? I've just come back from a two weeks away and my status still says to download the approval form, even though I sent it about three weeks ago now.

cheers, but that didn't really answer my question. I was wondering what, if anything, changes on the Freepay side of things, rather than the tracking number. I used AirSure instead of normal recorded delivery, and I'm not sure if my tracking number for that works (although I haven't got access to that number anyway at the moment).

nope nothing changes, until they have approved your account, then it changes and asks you to order

So I should wait another week, until the deadline passes, and then they'll investigate? So if my form isn't there, their investigation will just tell me that I didn't complete my requirements in time. Think I'll go send another form by standard post today.

Yeah, I'm thinking about sending a recorded one as well. Annoyed with the guy that convinced me that AirSure was the best option.

Turns out that they have received it, almost a month after I sent it. Just as well really, as I didn't bother sending another form. But now two of the referrals have been put on hold..
