| iPod Nano 2GB | How to fill in the form...I'm sorry if this has been asked before - and I'm sure it has, but I have not been able to find it in the forum - but I'm confused: Where the form asks you "Are you currently using or still subscribed to the sponsor offer ou completed?", what have people answered? If the answer is "no", can Freepay deny you your free item? And if that's the case, if you answer "yes", can they check whether that is true or not? Thanks for advice and ideas |

![]() | Re: How to fill in the form...I put no, i did the 1 day free trial offer before it had the 45 day thing on, so i put NO, they can check if you are still on there service or not and i would think by freepay they would put you on hold for no telling the truth. Just be truthful, cannot hurt. |

| iPod Nano 2GB | Re: How to fill in the form...That's what I thought - after all if the requirements are that you sign up for a trial, surely they can't disqualify you for doing just that (and nothing more)... I just got a bit paranoid because they ask the question in the first place! |

![]() | Re: How to fill in the form...Well if i get put on hold because of the offer i will not be happy, it said to complete the 1 day trial, nothing about staying on etc, so i cancel on the day, but i am sure they charged me for the next day, got like a £20 fee, dam cheats. | iPod Nano 2GB | Re: How to fill in the form...Eep, that's awful! I think lots of people have had problems with that freebidding offer. Did you ask them for a refund? I'm sure Freepay won't put you on hold - they can check when you completed your offer and that at that point the requirements were different than they are now... If not I'm sure they'll get a lot of trouble on their hands as many people will be in the same situation as you! |

| iPod 20gb | Re: How to fill in the form...I had a similar problem with poker expert offer i did on freebiefreebie - a third party billed me the day i signed up for a 1 day trial. I emailed the company and complained and got my money back - althought it took a month and about 8 emails.... |
