Re: How do you contact Customer Service's

you open a ticket and ask your question,

get an automated response and you reply with your question again

you get another automated response and reply with your question again

this time it should be seen by a human, they will copy and paste a section of the terms and conditions as the reply and then close the ticket.

if you haven't lost the will to live by this point, then you try again.

You can still submit a ticket, but I've just taken a look and it seems for some things they want a fax instead. For example, if you think you've been put on hold for no good reason, it directs you to a support ticket. Go through their help system and try different options!

Yep - all the "why have I not gone green" questions point you to a fax machine. Keep clicking your way through the Help/FAQ section until you find one that lets you put in a support ticket.... its somewhere under "how do I make a waldorf salad"... which is about 5 pages deep under the "i forgot how to spell my name"... its like they picked up their customer service skills from a local council! I though american companies were good at this!

at the risk of moving into a rant.... freepay are the first freebie company I signed up to and the ones I have put 100% effort into - I wish I had gone somewhere else
