![]() ![]() | Freepay sucks! My experience with freepay has been terrible. For a start I hate the idea of the time limit rushing me into getting referals. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I've been working on xbox360s.freepay.com, I completed the music and film offer on 2nd March. Still havent recieved credit. I sent them 4 support tickets and got their standard automated response to each of them 'we will contact the offer provier and credit you within 30 days'. Its obvious they don't even read the support tickets because in the latest one I even said don't give em that same automated response and I got the exact same thing back. I told them my account number on music and film, even sent them a picture of the dvd i recieved from music and film, what more do they need? I had to resort to profanities to get an actual human response from them! I'm definetly sticking to my prefered network - Giveaway Network, in future, good offers and none of this '90 days' business. | iPod 20gb | Re: Freepay sucks!ahhhh - is this always the case with them? I have been putting all my efforts and co-ercing my nearest and dearest into freepay offers. Of 8 that have completed and recieved DVDs from screenselect only one has gone green! But I cant put in support tickets for those greens - it ws tough enough convincing people to do the offer, let alone put in tickets to get the greens! |

![]() | Re: Freepay sucks!they are shocking - i have faxed them my info about a non green - they said they didnt receive it, but I work for a communications company and I was emailed confirmation back saying it had arrived successfully. It was all sent via the internet - so they plain lied. They then told me to email the info across - so what was the point of making me fax it!? Which I have done and nothing since - Do yout hink I should do another offer? out of principle I really dont want to. They started off great but to be honest they are just plain crap now. |

![]() | Re: Freepay sucks!I don't think that they will shut up shop yet (well I hope not)....but I think their aim is to definitely slow things down. If you think about it, their customer base is exponentially expanding.....to continously check up on uncredited offers, approving and the like is becoming difficult - especially with their relatively small workforce. As a company, you have to regard these issues and try your best to streamline everything to make it better for your employees and your customers - employing more people isn't always the most economical of solutions. Naturally when your company becomes so big in this particular field of business, you'll have to look at ways in curbing the rapid growth... |

| iPod Nano 2GB | Re: Freepay sucks!I suppose if they did shut the site, they would give those people who are already registered their 90 days to complete the requirements, or would they just shut up shop? If they just shut down the site that would be a real kicker to those that have nearly completed their offer. I've got 8 yellows who have definately completed their offer and waiting to go green and am just looking for 2 more referrals so I'd be mightly p***ed if they shut it down. Personally I think they would have to give everyone the 90 days to complete their requirements - US law protects the consumer quite well (look at some of the hairbrain compensation cases that go to court!) and as long as they remain solvent I think they would have to keep to their end of the deal! I hope |

| iPod Nano 2GB | Re: Freepay sucks!Does anybody know how long it will take to recieve an ipod once you have completed eveything? I have one green left and someone signed up for me yesterday. I paid em £10 so they better go green. |
