Order Approval Form Question

Hi there, I've only just discovered this site, I've had a look at the existing threads but not managed to find the info I'm looking for.

I completed all of my referrals on freeipods in Feb, and placed my order just before the process changed. However, I found out after placing my order that my company was being taken over and we will be moving offices on April 8. Therefore, I had to change the delivery address to my home address, and the only way to do it was to cancel my order and place a new order with the new delivery address.

It allowed me to place my order no problem. However, I don't seem to have an option to download the order approval form. Where abouts do I find this, and should it have allowed me to place my order before sending the approval form?

There is 2 stages to the process, requesting approval (which you need the form) and ordering, once you have been granted approval

Im guessing you have been allready approved, and were able to cancel the order since it had not been shipped allready, so I think you should be ok

If they allowed you to place your order straight away like that, then you probably dont have to complete the form, as your account has already been approved. Anyone correct me if i am wrong please, but as far as i know that is what must have happened.

Lucky you...but my form has finally hit US soil today, now im hoping that their mail service isnt as unreliable as ours and it doesnt take ages to get to their office!!

Sounds like I'm okay then, I was approved in the last week of Feb, so just about made it in time!

I guess its now just a case of waiting, although getting rather impatient now!!
