Is it just me or has this site really g one down the pan? I mean look at this when i queried something about my offer:

If you did not receive credit for an offer that was completed more than 15 days ago, please fax the following information to us at (202) 478-0817: User ID First and Last Name Mailing Address Offer Confirmation ID Number (if known) Name of Offer Upon receipt of this information, we will contact the appropriate offer provider to ensure that you have completed an offer with them. This verification process by the offer provider can take them up to 30 days. If successful verification is received by us, we will manually apply credit to your account for that particular offer.

for starters I dont have a fax to send this, god the other networks s**t all over freepay nowadays!

How about setting up a new free-site www.free-legal-advice.com

Something like 10 refs to sue Freepay?
