Right well i have yet to receive my ipod and t-shirt from freeipod.com, and today i have found the route cause of the problem. I tracked it and it said 'unknown address', 'returned to sender', there has clearly been a mistake somewhere as the details i entered were correct. So i have contacted gratis and i hope they can find a solution, checking the address on the package might be a start. Anyway, in the end its free...so i cannot really complain, just a bit annoyed that there has been a problem. If there wasnt a problem i would of got it the same time everyone else did...

yeh i know how you feel that mp4 player i got was broke and wouldnt hold its charge so i had to send it back to the company in london at my expense 3 weeks later and 20 phone call still no replacement

i wont give up i will make sure i get that replacement

every time i phone them im told that the person i need to speak is currently on there break and they will call me back

they have more breaks then steve davis

and i have yet to receive a callback

I'm still waiting to be approved for my iPod hopefully they will do it early next week fingers crossed. And then I should have it the week after

My problem isnt as bad as yours, but i suppose its good that you've actually seen your free gift unlike me...and that will be the next problem, when i eventually get it there could be a fault...doesnt help that its been moved around for no reason for a few days, hopefully its packaged well, was it??

my ipod had the wrong address though,. luckally they used parceline, who have exceletn customer service and thought to ring my mobile phone up to get my correct details, parcleforce dont have that service...

Airbags, plus the freeiPods shirt is also used as padding at the bottom (I had no idea, I was about to throw the box + shirt out until I saw something white at the bottom and pulled it out).

I was wondering what happened. Has everyone else we know recieved their iPod from Gratis that should have this week?

I got mine with the latest batch, I think middle of last week it was.

It appears they could not find there address, why they couldn't ring me i do not know! So they are reshipping it now after confirming the correct delivery details, so hopefully second time lucky!

Even though i am a bit annoyed that i havnt got it by now, i have been really happy with the service which gratis offers and i so hope they release more sites for the uk! There customer service is top notch, even though i have no comparision i have been really happy with the quick responses even with the time difference.
