Completed the giftcards Freepay site and I get this message:
You have the minimum number of referred friends needed to get your FREE Gift Voucher. The next step is to click the Download Approval Form button below to download the approval form file to your desktop. Print this file out, fill it in and mail it according to the instructions on the form. Note, you must click the button and download a new form - photocopies will not be accepted.
Your form must be mailed (according to the postmark) by 29/6/2006. We recommend that you use recorded mail.
When we process your approval form we will check your account and confirm that all of your referrals are unique, valid and legitimate. We also check your referrals' referrals, to ensure that there has been no fraud or abuse. We cannot award you credit for referrals that have broken our Terms and Conditions. Unfortunately, customers often find that 1 or 2 of their referrals do not get awarded, so you may want to refer extra friends to improve your chances of approval.
Check this page regularly to see the result of your approval request. It may take 4 or more weeks to process your approval form.

I have downloaded the form and will send it off tomorrow. TO THE USA! I will let you know how much it costs!

I think that they require a proper 'ink' signature for legal reasons so they can take you to court if you're fraudulent.

An email is just as legal as a signature. We (at work{Gov organisation}) now only accept emailed letters, they act as a digital signature.
