Ordering under the new terms and conditions

Am I the only one who thinks that posting unnecessary support tickets (i.e. anything before the term stated by Freepay, in this case 4 weeks) just slows everything down for everyone else? The more time the Freepay people have to spend responding to queries like that, the less time they can spend approving accounts! So, frustrating as it may be, I'm just going to resign myself to having to wait a month or more before getting in touch with these guys again...

completely agree - it says lots of things very clearly on the site i.e. wait 15 days for greens, wait for your approval, wait for you order....

they say wait a lot!! take the hint and chillax - I have 1 green to go and am not expecting to see an xbox360 this side of wimbledon (c'mon tim!)

They got different departments, one for processing, one for questions etc. Its a big company, sending tickets in does not slow it down it just more hassle for them, they will not be speeding up considering they have to do UK,USA and Germany, imagine the amount of forms they get.

Exactly, and the more pressure we put on them the more staff they'll get in and the better overall service we will get. But they are really poor at responding now atm!!

They actually repleid to me within a couple of hours - quite impressed. Im just worried that it will come the 30th of June or whenever the deadline is for the leeter to reach them and then they will say we never got it!!!

they finally replied to my support ticket asking them to go collect my letter

annoying thing is i dont actually know which form they have recieved? could be the one i sent that wasnt recorded, could be they collected the original recorded, or it could be the new one i just sent last week (although that one isnt showing up on the usps website yet)

hope the arrival of multiple letters wont effect the processing of my account, but im guessing that more than one person has been sending forms, especially with how slow they have been.

uuurm, i think it was about a week before, my original recorded letter was tracked as having been attempted to be posted on the 17th april, i also sent one that wasnt recorded so that in the event of someone not being there to sign for the recorded it would just be dropped into the PO BOX.
last week i just sent another form recorded, but im pretty sure it cant be that one as its tracking information isnt showing up yet.

I love the fact that they say "You can expect to see your account status change soon."

i really really am not expecting it to change any time soon, and even if it does change to approved, not expecting it any time soon seeing as "nayeem" is still waiting after having been approved just before the new rules and approval forms came into action.

Ive just sent a message to freepay regarding my approval form that i sent on the 24th of March

Chances are they havent received it, so prob be a good idea to send another form!!!

just checked usps again, my second letter has been delivered for def.

not too big a deal seeing as they have already started approving my account as they recieved the non recorded letter, but now that one letter has officially been sent to them i can safely say that they have one letter and more importantly i have proof that it has been delivered.

im quietly expecting it to go to approved in a weeks time though (going by how long miles' took)

drkul....has ur status page changed indicating that they are approving your account. My letter got delivered - but it's still on the page telling me to download the form

If it has been delivered does not mean your account will change straight away, just give it a week or so. Mine has been about 3 weeks now, i should think it will be approved in about 2 to 3 weeks.

yo rocky, nah no status change, i think it goes straight from download form --> approved order now. i know they are processing it as the support staff said they were, but as kello said, it will still take them a good week or two before they change the status page.

on the note of xbox360's from freepay, i am pretty much 100% sure no one in the uk has got one yet

as i said before, nayeem who completed the site before the changes and has been approved still hasnt got it.

DRKUL - I got the same message that they have received my form and 'my account status will change soon' so it looks like they picked up the first letter from the post office!

I have emailed USPS just to confirm that it has been collected - see what they say about it.....

If USPS still says that it hasn't been picked up...that can be a worry - maybe Freepay are sending out arbitary messages to shut people up?

Hmm, i hope not, well we will find out soon. I dont see why they would send out false messages to us - they probably have picked it up from the post office so thats why it didnt get registered online.

By the was USPS say they hold items usually for 30 days.
