Complete BS imo....the 30/05/06 deadline is approaching fast (I think that is the deadline given to everyone) and people are just trying to quickly complete their greens. I don't see how things will be efficient with everything being on paper... Expect some long delays now

To all those receiving spam, did you untick the box where it says whether it's ok for them to send you details of other offers etc?

Re: Miles' Diary of ordering under the new terms and conditions

There's a very unclear rely which I have got from Freepay regarding my form:

"After checking, there is no record in our database that our fraud prevention department has looked into your form yet. Due to we receive many forms each day, it is possible that we have received your form but haven't taken a look into it yet. We approve each account on first-come-first-served basis. We will notify you if we open your envelope. This is a reason that's why we recommend that you should send the form to us by the registered mailing. If you do not hear from us within 10 days, please contact us back again. Please be patient. We are sorry for this inconvenience."

Dont know what to assume.
Should I send them another form to them?
And Eli u r a lucky dude u asked me how to send the support ticket, and u got a clear reply and me

But then I had sent the form through regilar mail, I think I'll have to send the mail again through registered mail. How much does it costs to send through registered mail?

first come first served eh, they must be getting hella busy now what with the deadline fast approaching.

right finally got my two forms printed, filled out, and sealed in the envelope, off to the post office first thing tomorrow to get these on their journeys, might do a little prayer before i send them (i should really save those for exams tbh lol)

I certainly did untick the box (or left it unticked). I did this on all sites I've signed up on! The fact that we are all getting the same ones just goes to show that is where it's from.

Good luck those of you who have sent the forms, keep us informed Miles!

At least they are responding to messages about the order form - and along with their statement about the court case my faith is restored in freepay, but i guess its still wait n see.

Re: Miles' Diary of ordering under the new terms and conditions

posted my form yesterday by recorded delivery = £4. Now on 11 greens so feeling better about that! The lady in the post office did wonder how they would sign for the letter if it is a PO box...... it was a good question...... hopefully there is a man who stands outside the box and signs for stuff :s

Re: Miles' Diary of ordering under the new terms and conditions

I don't think that they do sign in PO Boxes...hence why most people won't get their letter signed off as delivered. Bit odd of Freepay to request the recorded delivery...surely they should know(!)

I'll take their statement regarding the court case with a pinch of salt. Of course, if you are trying to defend yourself you will deny all charges(!)
