There's power in numbers! I think the fact that some people have been waiting for MONTHS rather than the stated 7-10 working days for their status to change to STV is absolutely ridiculous. And Freepay are getting away with it because all we, as individual customers, can do is send support ticket after support ticket, only to get the usual standard responses back.
