Important Change to Terms & Conditions

With a start date of March 1, 2006 – users of FreePay websites have 90 days to complete all offer requirements.

Upon completion of all offer requirements, existing users will need to print a “Redemption Form� that must be filled out in its entirety and mailed with a postmarked date no later than 30 days of completing their offer requirements.

You will find an indication of how many days you have left to complete the requirements on the Status page. When you have completed the requirements you will be able to download the redemption form from the Status page.

Does this mean only people who sign up after 1st March? Or is it that everyone has until the end of June? Some more clarification would be good, but unlikely to be forthcoming I suspect.

EDIT: Hold on, I just checked the T&Cs for freexbox360s....there is no mention of a redemption form?

EDIT 2: aah, I think I get it. I originally thought that for each ref who signs up, they have to fill out a form and send it to Freepay in order to get credit. That would have been missions!

I *think* they are saying that when you order your free gift, you will have to send them the order approval form beforehand.

Oh i see if you log out of your accounts and log back in you get the message about this on the xbox site aswell.

I think i can see whats happening is we have to complete an offer no more than 90days of signing up then i think we go green almost straight away after doing a offer like it now says on the offers we then send a form off saying we have done it if we dont do this they take that green away.

This is what i think anyway.

Firstly there is nothing on my status page that says how many days i have left.

Second does 'complete all offer requirements' mean just complete your offer, or complete your offer and get all your refferals within 90 days?!! If that is the case then that is rediculous!!! For xbox 360 or digital cameras most people will not be able to get 10 refs that quick!

· With a start date of March 1, 2006 – existing users and their associated referrals will have 90 days to complete all offer requirements specific to the FreePay websites of their original account signups.

· Upon completion of all offer requirements, existing users will have the ability to download and print an “Approval Form” that must be filled out in its entirety and mailed with a postmarked date no later than 30 days of completing their offer requirements.

New Users:

· Beginning with the date of new account signups on FreePay websites, new users and their associated referrals will have 90 days to complete all offer requirements specific to the FreePay websites of their new accounts signups.

· Upon completion of all offer requirements, new users will have the ability to download and print an “Approval Form” that must be filled out in its entirety and mailed with a postmarked date no later than 30 days of completing their offer requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: If all offer requirements have been met within 30 days of a new account signup, the “Approval Form” will not be available for downloading until after those 30 days.
