What do you do when....

Hi everyone,

I was happy about a week ago as I aquired my 5th green on ipods.freepay. However, just checking my account now, my account has been placed on hold as 4 (unbelievable) referrals have turned 'Referrel not approved' which I am very shocked at, as I thought 2 of them would not go green (and the 2 I thought havnt) but two more havnt, which I am pretty annoyed about.

Now I am not sure what the best move is now, so if anyone is experienced with this situation then I would really appreciate your help. Thanks again everyone, James.

Just a quick update, I have notified one of my referrals about this, he logged into his account and has sent a support ticket to them about it, explaining he is perfectly legitimate. Thanks again and anyones help will be very much appreciated. James.

Hi, I have sent them a support ticket. They put me on hold so that's why you havn't got the referral! This is totally unfair, I will make sure you get the green or I will refund the money you paid me. Thanks

No well to be honest with you, heres how I thought it would go:

5 referrals:

2 of them I thought would not survive as they didnt complete their offers, its a long story, but they just didnt, so I didnt expect them to get approved.

2 of them however, completed their offers fair and square, 2 of them did the Channel offer and bought 2 DVDs, but still didnt go green.

1 of them rightly stayed green, atleast theres a bit of justice.

But as a short answer, yes, they did complete their offers. Oh and another update, I have sent them an e-mail to tell them that I, along with my referrals, find it unbelieveable that they have not been approved, and that I asked them if I could have my account put off hold. Just another question, can my referrals still go green if my account is on hold, because I am expecting about 3 referrals to go green this week or next. Thanks again everyone. James.

Basically 2 of them completed their offers and 2 of them didnt, but all 4 were not approved.

If anyone else can help me out, maybe advice me on what to do, at the minute my accounts on HOLD and 4 of my 5 referrals have not been approved. Could anyone give me some advice? If so I will be very grateful. James.

Oh, I did not know you were on hold, I thought you just had referrals removed. Because you're on hold, contact costomer services, if they don't agree to take you off then it won't be done unfourtunatly.

They don't take people off hold unless they made a genuine error on their part that they can see clearly, is what I was told by the owner of freebiefreebie.

Not sure, it just says 'referral not approved' but I know that 2 of the 4 which were put on hold genuinly did their offer. My account is also on hold.

Just to give you an update everyone, and a sad one at that..

I opened a support ticket saying this:

Hi there, I have noticed that I am currently on hold for having referrals which you did not approve. However, I have spoken to these referrals and they say that they have not done anything wrong, and that I did not 'walk' them through the process. However, I have assesed my chances on getting these referrals back, and I would like to ask now if I can start a 'clean-sheet' and for my account to be taken off-hold, as after looking at the Terms and Conditions, I sincerly feel that I have not gone against these Terms and Conditions what so ever, and that I am willing to give up my 4 referrals to start a 'clean-sheet' so to speak. Thanks again and reply back soon. Diane.

And they replied with this:

We are sorry however; this hold will not expire. Thank you.

So I guess I have an answer now, but I am not happy with the answer I can tell you that, seen as I did NOTHING wrong. Anyways, does anyone have any adivise? I mean what am I supposed to say to my friends?? Shall I come clean and tell them what happened? What new site shall I do? Whats the best site for low ref rates on.. anything?
