my girlfriend has just got her 5 referrals - and after 1 day has been put on hold

i got mine so shes pretty pissed off, especially since ive just got my 5 refs for ipodnanos too.
Any idea if this is able to be changed or is that that?

did you acess both accounts from the same pc? and did you complete the offers properly without canceling etc?

accounts may have been accessed at some point through the same pc - is that bad? different addresses though. offers were completed . . . not sure about my refs tho!
