Freepay died a long time ago... in fact I was very lucky, it was only a few days after I completed that it shut down! A whole year ago!

EDIT: hmm, interesting... a year on and could there be progress??!

I had the best ratio ever when i did Freepay! Granted it was my 1st month doing it and I was mainly asking friends...

but I needed 5 greens and I got that from 10 sign ups!

Got my £275 for 5 refs! But they were (almost) the worst site/support ever!
