Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay

Just as the Xbox 360 and gift voucher sites open, the offers on Freepay seem to be dyer ones, and that getting my friends to complete an offer is a nightmare as we are not sure about the Channel offers, my friends have already done the ScreenSelect offer and that the World Poker Tour offer is too expensive...

What I would like to know is, if anyone has done the Channel offers.. if so, could you please tell me if it is a good offer and that there are no follow up offers? If anyone could give me any guidance then I would be extremely greatful.

The Audible offer seems to be on and off there, however I am not sure about this offer and that if it is any good, so again, if anyone could give me any guidance on this then I would be very greatful.

Thanks again, James.

Re: Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay

You must purchase another 6 items (over a course of 6 months?) for channel, Cd's and DVD's at theirp rices. Ok if you normally buy that number *shrugs*

neevr done it personally, is quite expensive fi the items are unwanted, and returns on them can be quite difficult

Thanks for the reply. Over 6 months?! So it will take 6 months to get credit for doing the offer?? And how do you mean the returns are quite difficult? Anyone else know anything about the other offers? Thanks again, James.

Re: Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay

No it wont take 6 months to be credited for the offer.. but it states in the T&C's that you will have to continue buying atleast 6 DVD/CD's over 6 months to get the initialy low price offer that you sign up for.. you can cancel after a while but if you do it before you bought the extra 6 you will have to pay the full price and a cancelation fee..

Cheers
Tom

Re: Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay

nope, i think you have to buy at least 1 dvd a month, so you cant just buy them all at once and call it a day.

you will however get credit very quick, within 2 days i have heard.

Re: Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay

technically yes. but the whole thing with channel is it isnt worth cancelling once you have signed up, because basically the cancellation fee is as much as staying on for the 6 months

Re: Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay

just remember, that i'm pretty sure you need to be 18 for channel. Cus i dont think they regulate certification within the site.

I may be wrong though. They just dont usually allow contracts to minors, in all industries.

Oh and james, swear at me again on msn you little spamming newb and i swear i'll track you down and only god will be able to help you

Re: Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay

jamesino, i dont like you because your a spammer, and your under 18. Making you just an annoyance on these forums.

Plus i also don't like you because you sent this to me through msn:

"WHY DONT YOU JUST F*CK OFF W*NKER" To which i instantly sent a copy to miles the administrator, not to mention a screenshot showing it coming from your username on my msn. There was no reasoning behind that kind of language or abuse, except maybe bad parenting or just a huge amount of disrespect for others.

I would not recommend anybody wishing to trade on freepay do so with such an aggressive, rude minor just itching to get himself banned.

Re: Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay

Sorry Dazman but I feel that you started all of this by explaining that you dont like me on one of my threads and this shown when you repeatedly ignored me on MSN when I needed advise and when I asked you to refer me to your massive group of people who dont like me you said 'bye' which I found very ignorant..

And I definetly do not want to get banned on exceem because to be honest I love being on here and I think its a brilliant site and I really cannot see anything which I have done on exceem which deserves to get me banned. I think your comment about parenting was a ridiculous one and for that I would like an apologie..

So heres mine:

Re: Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay

i said "bye" to avoid being classed as a hypocrite for conversing with you. You're lucky you were even blessed with that as a response. In anybody here's eyes i think its quite obvious that, that does not require an outburst like yours.

256 posts in less than a month is excessive for somebody who has only 3 refferals to his name, and has traded with one person internally. It does imply that most of your posts must be about, well, nothing in particular. We call that spam. And will get you banned if excessive enough.

To mention the fact again, that your a minor doesnt help. This thread is called "Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay"

Your first line is: "Just as the Xbox 360 and gift voucher sites open, the offers on Freepay seem to be dyer ones, and that getting my friends to complete an offer is a nightmare"

To begin the offers are not dyer, on freebie terms they're not bad. The reason you can't complete or your friends is because you are a child, thats not freepays fault and is possibly the reason your friends can't help you either.

As for your asking for advice, i gave you it over and over again. You wanted to know the best way to get greens on freeipods.com, well there is no best way. It's like getting blood from a stone I'd say 90% of people here have done ipods.freepay which means they can't do it again. So heres my advice all over again for you:

"Go to a different network, such as euroipods and start over, i guarentee you'll get those 7 refferals alot cheaper and easier than the 2 you require from freepay".

Any member with experience will agree with me.

For the sake of peace, thats it from me. Call it what you like, i've got more important things to do.

Re: Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay

I am not too sure if to go away from that and think that my hand was shook or not, however cheers for the advice, it is much appreciated.

I think that the way you have sampled what I have said and examined it closely and that you have repeatedly called me a 'minor' in your own demeaning way does not make you look the most friendly and laid back person on Exceem, although in the same turn you have given me advice and also a good point (about my friends being my age and not really having much of a choice when doing sites like these).

So as you sensibly said, in your last line;

"For the sake of peace"

I will rest my case with you and that the hand-shake for friendship, though shook or not, is still in play mate.

Thanks again all, and what is the Audible offer like on Freepay?

James.

Re: Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay

LOL, yeah i'll shake your hand if it stops you making more posts. LOL

Your right, i'm not that laid back. I have the worries of the world on my shoulders, that comes when you get a bit older. To be honest i'd love to be younger again, sup 18 is brilliant. No responsibilities, live each day, it was awsome.

The reason i don't like -18 year olds on here is because usually they dont make that fact public, so say "yeah i'll sign up to this" and then go "oh but theres no offers i can do!" that just gets on my tits, cus it wastes my precious time.

Which highlights the issue here, what are you doing sat at a computer making 300 posts a month when you should be outside skateboarding, or outside the local one-stop trying to blag people to buy you smokes?

Re: Whats Happening to the Offers on Freepay

lol yer being young is awesome I must say.. They keep coming to me with all this 'what are you going to do for a career' and all this when I have finished my GCSE's and I am just 'leave me alone I want to stay young!' lol

The answer to your question, I used to skateboard years ago but gave up on it, so your sorta right in your asumption on the youth, however I am known to my friends and family as a bit of a 'businessman' through earning lots of money on eBay () and other things to, and now I have found all this freebie stuff I think theres lots of money to made in it (i.e. selling on your free gifts, which I am planning to do with the iPod I get from Freepay, hopefully!)

I also dont smoke, and hope to never do so either

Cheers, James.
